Dr. Anders has owned County Animal Clinic, Inc., a mixed animal practice in Coldwater, Ohio since 1985.  He has also established a Bovine and Swine Consulting practice. Dr. Anders was an original member of PVP Veterinary Buying Cooperative and is bringing his expertise to TVC, along with his membership in the American Veterinary Medical Association, Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, American Association of Swine Veterinarians, American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture, International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, American Animal Hospital Association and the Veterinary Botanical Medicine Association.

Dr. Anders graduated from The Ohio State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and in 1982 with a DVM degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine.  In 2000 he became certified in Acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and 2001 certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Veterinary Chiropractic. He practices Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Herbal Medicine on Equines throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York where he is licensed to practice.
